is a Business Transformation Coach and ICF-PCC certified leadership coach who partners with executives and senior leaders in medium to large international organizations. He supports leaders in turning strategy into focused execution, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and building the conditions for aligned, high-performing teams - especially when priorities compete and change is constant.

Ondrej helps global companies including H&M Group, Volvo, Scania, TRATON, and Goldman Sachs. His style is calm and direct: clear thinking, thoughtful challenge, and human warmth - creating the space for honest conversations and the momentum to act.

His work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems, and delivery.
